Yes, we offer Skilled Worker visa (formerly known as Tier 2) sponsorship for social care workers both outside and within the UK.

You will require a Care Certificate or accredited equivalent from your country of origin.

A successful applicant will have an IELTS certificate with a minimum band score of 6.0 or a valid equivalent and proof of vaccination against tuberculosis (TB) and COVID-19.
You will also require a criminal background check undertaken in your country of origin. These are often referred to as a "police clearance certificate," or a "certificate of good conduct."
